This festive release is a real cracker! We’ve been wanting to experiment with influencing the flavour of coffee with external means, and in the spirit of Christmas, what better way to start, than with booze!
After meticulously selecting single malt whiskey barrels from distilleries on the Isle of Islay, we popped an anaerobic natural Ethiopian in one for three weeks, and sat back to see how its delicate floral character combined with the smoked vanilla oak of the barrel...
The result is a combination of coffee and whiskey, giving all the ingredients
for a Christmas miracle. Is there a better way to start your Christmas morning than with a glass of barrel aged coffee? Ho! Ho! Ho!

Last day for Christmas orders - Tuesday 19th December 2023.
We will be closed from Friday 22nd December 2023 until 4th January 2024.
Any orders received during our Christmas break will be packaged and sent on 4th January 2024.
Our packaging is made in a carbon-neutral manufacturing process and is fully recyclable in the UK. Our bespoke packing process means that our coffees remain as fresh as the day they were roasted for up-to 3 years while unopened.
