Packaging

Each coffee from the Summit Collection comes in a limited edition, foiled tin and contains 180g of premium specialty coffee.

The coffee stays fresh for up to three years once sealed, thanks to our special gas-flushing packaging.

We replace the oxygen with argon gas, which pretty much stops the coffee from aging and keeps all that delicious flavor locked in.

Our bags are produced in a carbon offset processing process and are fully recyclable in the UK – just pop them in with your soft plastic recycling at your local supermarket.

Our Buying Standards

Traceability and fair pricing are central to our sourcing philosophy. We cultivate long-term relationships with producers and importers who share our commitment to supporting farming communities. This ensures we receive coffee that not only meets our quality standards, but also contributes to a better life for those who grow it. Our transparent buying practices allow you to enjoy your coffee with the assurance that you're supporting a system built on fairness and positive impact

Jasmine, Clementine & Chamomile

An extraordinary micro-lot from El Vergel, Java Blossom marks the Bayter family’s first time applying a high-pressure Carbonic Maceration to the elegant Java varietal.

Sealed in stainless steel tanks, CO₂ is injected at up to 6 bars over 96 hours, creating a controlled anaerobic environment that gently breaks down the fruit’s natural sugars.

Meet the Producer

The Bayter Family , El Vergel Estate

Founded in 1995 as an avocado farm, El Vergel Estate shifted focus in 2009 when the Bayter family introduced coffee to diversify their crops. Applying that same passion to specialty coffee, they quickly became pioneers of innovation in Colombia. Today, the Bayters lead the way in controlled fermentation—exhaustively researching yeast and bacteria strains to push the boundaries of flavor and quality.
