Packaging

Each coffee from the Summit Collection comes in a limited edition, foiled tin and contains 180g of premium specialty coffee.

The coffee stays fresh for up to three years once sealed, thanks to our special gas-flushing packaging.

We replace the oxygen with argon gas, which pretty much stops the coffee from aging and keeps all that delicious flavor locked in.

Our bags are produced in a carbon offset processing process and are fully recyclable in the UK – just pop them in with your soft plastic recycling at your local supermarket.

Our Buying Standards

Traceability and fair pricing are central to our sourcing philosophy. We cultivate long-term relationships with producers and importers who share our commitment to supporting farming communities. This ensures we receive coffee that not only meets our quality standards, but also contributes to a better life for those who grow it. Our transparent buying practices allow you to enjoy your coffee with the assurance that you're supporting a system built on fairness and positive impact

Orange Zest, Cherry & Pomegranate

50HR EXTENDED NATURAL CARBONIC MACERATION

The Process

Rooted in the high-altitude terroir of Finca Deborah, the creation of Parabolic starts with selective hand-harvesting, choosing only Geisha cherries at the height of their ripeness. Preserving the whole fruit for a natural profile, the cherries go straight into stainless-steel vessels purged of oxygen with CO₂ for a targeted 50-hour carbonic maceration.

Locked inside this sealed, oxygen-free ecosystem, the beans undergo a meticulous anaerobic resting period. This process drives a deeply vibrant, fruit-forward expression, shaping a remarkably juicy cup highlighted by sparkling notes of orange zest, bright cherry, and crisp pomegranate.
